In the fourth, in the Daśādhyāya-vinaya, "the five dusts are not received" is somewhat vague in the text, so the note resolves it. In the Samantapāsādikā, first dust falling is clarified, which can determine the Daśādhyāya-vinaya. The note contains two meanings, harmonizing the vinaya and treatise. "Facing the light" refers to airborne dust from window crevices, the finest of the fine, which then does not need to be received. "Falling..." onwards next clarifies falling food, which also relies on intentionality to be accomplished. In the Mahāsāṃghika-vinaya, first all types of dust are eliminated. "Intentionality" means that when the dust flies in, one must give rise to the intention to receive it. "Even..." onwards clarifies all foods: first clarifying whether falling in reverse order accomplishes it or not. "Sangha..." onwards clarifies that impure food accomplishes reception: overnight touch between monks and nuns is mutually considered pure.
