四十一。（佛將弟子從拘薩羅遊至舍衛，大得餅食，令阿難分與乞人，遂以粘餅與女人，餘皆得一，女獨得二，彼因譏謗；又外道得食，人問，便云禿居士處得，以此二緣故制。）

[Precept] Forty-one. (The Buddha led his disciples traveling from Kosala to Śrāvastī. Having obtained a great amount of cakes and food, he ordered Ānanda to distribute them to beggars. Ānanda thereupon gave sticky cakes to a woman; while the others all received one, the woman alone received two. They criticized and slandered on this account. Moreover, a non-Buddhist obtained the food, and when people asked, he said he obtained it from the shaven-headed householder. Due to these two conditions, it was prohibited.)
