四十三。（佛在舍衛，迦留陀夷與本俗友婦繫意，後住其家，其婦嚴身，其夫極愛，比丘食已坐住，夫瞋故制。）

[Precept] Forty-three. (When the Buddha was at Śrāvastī, Udāyin set his mind on the wife of a friend from his secular life. Later he stayed at her house. The wife adorned her body, and her husband loved her exceedingly. After eating, the bhikṣu remained seated, and the husband was angry; on this account it was prohibited.)
