不犯中，初是法開。若下，已病。有下，看病。若在下，諸作務等。

Under 'No offense,' the first is an exception for Dharma matters. From 'If' onward, already sick. From 'Having' onward, nursing the sick. From 'If in' onward, various duties and so forth.
