釋中，《僧祇》。制必須具澡鑵。二斗已下名應法。無水開葉，須取枯者。

In the explanation, the Mahāsāṃghika-vinaya [states]: by prohibition, one must be equipped with a water jar. Two dou or less is called conforming with the Dharma. If there is no water [vessel], leaves are permitted as an exception, but one must take dry ones.
