六十七。（佛在舍衛，眾多比丘至毘舍離賈客度關不輸王稅，與比丘為伴，為守關人所提，王俗譏訶因制。）

Sixty-seven. (The Buddha was in Śrāvastī; many bhikṣus went to Vaiśālī, and merchants crossing the border barrier did not pay royal tax, accompanying the bhikṣus as companions; they were detained by the barrier guards, and the king and laypeople criticized them, so on this account it was prohibited.)
