顯次第中，初標示。教行果三，不唯戒律；一切教門，次第皆爾，故言一化。律下，正顯，初句明律先。教不下，明戒次。戒不下，明木叉在後。

In revealing the sequence: First, it is marked and indicated. The triad of teaching, practice, and fruit does not apply only to the Vinaya; the sequence of all doctrinal gateways is like this, hence it says "a single dispensation." "The Vinaya..." below directly reveals it: the first sentence explains that the Vinaya comes first. "The teaching does not..." explains that the precepts are next. "The precepts do not..." explains that *mokṣa* comes last.
