第三，初科。《十誦》開四衢者，住處無人，出街求也。發心去者，衢中復無，擬道逢也。白三眾者，道中又無，開別類也。疏云：淨人亦得。知其去處，有可尋求。

Under the third, the first section: The Daśādhyāya-vinaya's allowance of the crossroads means that if there is no one at the residence, one goes out into the street to seek someone. 'Those who have aroused the resolve to leave' means that if there is also no one in the crossroads, one intends to meet someone on the road. 'Informing the three assemblies' means that if there is still no one on the road, it allows different classes. The Commentary says: A pure attendant also suffices. If one knows where he is going, there is someone who can be sought.
