八十六。（佛在羅閱祇，有信工師為僧作骨牙角針筒，廢業無依食招譏，故制。）

[Precept] Eighty-six. (The Buddha was in Rājagṛha. A faithful craftsman made bone, ivory, and horn needle cases for the monks; abandoning his livelihood and having nothing to rely on for food, he incurred criticism, so it was prohibited.)
