初緣中。《五分》結犯不同本宗，彼據緣起；若據《四分》，緣亦道中；但結戒本，須在俗舍。不可和會。

Regarding the first condition: The Five-Part Vinaya's determination of an offense differs from our school; that text relies on the origin story. If based on the Dharmaguptaka, the origin was also on the road; but in concluding the basic precept, it must be in a layperson's house. They cannot be harmonized.
