第二。（佛在舍衛，眾多比丘與六群白衣家食；六群尼索羹飯，越次與六群，因制。）

The Second. (The Buddha was in Śrāvastī. Many bhikṣus were eating at a layperson's house with the group of six. A nun of the group of six demanded soup and rice, bypassing the order to give them to the group of six. Because of this, he laid down the prohibition.)
