示犯中。此中結犯，獨異諸篇。良由輕細喜犯難護；故則雙結，誤復不開；聖意弘深，麁情莫曉；自非謹攝，信難窮矣！疏云：應懺吉者，對首一說；失儀之罪，責心悔也。已後諸戒犯相無異，故指並同。

In indicating the offense: The determination of an offense here uniquely differs from the other chapters. Truly because it is light, subtle, easily violated, and hard to guard against, intentional acts incur a double offense, while mistaken acts are not excused. The noble intent is profound, beyond the understanding of coarse minds; unless one is cautious and restrained, it is truly difficult to fathom! The Commentary says: 'One should confess the duṣkṛta: speaking once face-to-face; for the transgression of losing deportment, one repents with remorse in one's heart.' The offense marks of subsequent precepts do not differ, hence it indicates they are all identical.
