第二標中。但由境事，容兼止作；故心隨境，行有雙具。即前所明雙持犯義；但心用教行，二義相參，在文難曉。

In the rubric of the second: It is merely because phenomena and transactions of objects can combine cessation and action; thus, as mind follows the object, the practice possesses both. This is the meaning of dual maintenance and violation explained earlier; however, the mental function and the practice according to the teaching are intertwined in two senses, which is difficult to understand in the text.
