第三門。前通凡聖四法為言，此局下凡別脫以辨。別脫又四，五八對在家二眾，十戒對下三眾，具戒對僧尼二眾。約體，四位雖同；就人，七眾乃別；初劣後勝，中間可知。

The third section: The previous one spoke comprehensively across the four dharmas of ordinary beings and nobles, whereas this one is restricted to distinguishing prātimokṣa among the lower ordinary beings. Prātimokṣa again has four [categories]: the five and eight [precepts] correspond to the two lay assemblies; the ten precepts correspond to the lower three assemblies; the complete precepts correspond to the two assemblies of monks and nuns. In terms of essence, although the four stations are identical, in terms of persons, the seven assemblies are distinct; the first is inferior and the last is superior, and the intermediate ones can be known [accordingly].
