七中。意明此土得戒元緣，令知所從，不妄承奉故也。震嶺，即目此方；下云漢境，足可相照也。

In section seven: the intention is to clarify the original causes and conditions for obtaining the precepts in this land, so that people may know where they originated and not follow them falsely. "Zhenling" refers to this region; the reference below to "the Han territory" is fully sufficient to illuminate each other.
