初料五章，初立二戒，乃至第四，竝明二種，第五獨論無作。又前四局戒，義通善惡；後科通雜，正為顯戒。

In the preliminary analysis of the five chapters: the first establishes the two precepts, and through to the fourth they all explain the two kinds; the fifth exclusively discusses the unmanifest. Furthermore, the first four are restricted to the precepts, their meaning applying to both good and evil; the last category generally treats the miscellaneous, specifically serving to reveal the precepts.
