八中，初明有心。不下，正示無心有二。上約知而無心，下約遺忘無心。

In the eighth: first, it clarifies having intention. 'Not...' below directly shows lack of intention, having two aspects. The upper is in terms of knowing yet lacking intention; the lower is in terms of forgetting and lacking intention.
