後解，初科中，初句標義。故下，引證。世間法者，緣搆成故。因即作戒，果謂無作。如下，喻顯。故下，準定。

In the latter explanation, within the first section, the first sentence designates the meaning. "Therefore..." below cites proof. Mundane dharmas are so because they are constructed by conditions. The cause is the active precept, and the fruit refers to the non-active. As below, it is revealed by analogy. "Therefore..." below determines it accordingly.
