2.2107

白告中，初科，前明白僧法；若客下，白別人法；白僧又二，初即座白法。若行下，餘日白法。

In the notification, the first section: the first part clarifies the method of announcing to the saṃgha; from "if guest" below, it clarifies the method of announcing to other individuals; announcing to the saṃgha also has two parts: first, the method of announcing right at the seat; from "if practicing" below, the method of announcing on other days.
