第三重示中二，初引《智論》，先明化制兩業不同。如下，舉戒顯相。謂提罪雖滅，業道猶存。前下，示重明之意。餘下，指廣，亦即凡聖行法。

Third, under "Restating", there are two parts: first, citing the *Mahāprajñāpāramitā-śāstra*, it first explains the difference between the two karmas of transforming teaching and disciplinary prohibition. From "As in" onward cites a precept to reveal its marks, meaning that although the pāyattika offense is extinguished, the karmic path still remains. From "The preceding" onward indicates the intention behind restating it. From "The rest" onward points to the broader treatment, which also refers to the practices of ordinary beings and noble ones.
