In the inferential analysis, it first separates the poisonous minds. The three single ones are as in the treatise. In "the two and three among mutually arising," it means there are compound combinations of three: first, greed and anger; second, greed and delusion; third, anger and delusion; the equal combination is the one that possesses all of them. Together with the three single ones above, they constitute seven poisons. From "Women" downward isolates the objects of fault. Among the seven karmas, only sexual misconduct can be isolated; the reason for this is that if one violates the sexual path with respect to one path, the other paths are not defiled. For killing, there are four loci [on the body], and one dies upon [wounding] any one of them; hence there is no need to divide them (brain, throat, heart, and waist). From "Seven" downward applies the poisons across the paths of action, and matches the paths of action to the objects; within each path of action, there are each seven poisons; matched to the objects of men and women, the combined numbers can be seen. The latter two sentences apply them across insentient objects, which then cannot be counted.
