初通明中，前明佛判。摩摩帝，是梵語，即知事人。謂不犯者，彼以好心，非入己故。謂下，示互用相。彼因佛塔無物，眾僧有物；遂取僧物，修佛塔故。下指廣文，大略如上。

Under the general explanation at the beginning, the Buddha's determination is first clarified. 'Mamadī' is a Sanskrit word; it means the administrator. Regarding 'no violation', it was because of his good intentions and not taking it for himself. From 'meaning' onward, the characteristics of mutual use are shown. Because there was no property for the Buddha's stūpa while the Saṅgha possessed property, he took Saṅgha property to repair the Buddha's stūpa.
