僧物中，初科二段，初明互僧物；欲供下，次明互佛物；初中又二，前明迴互。擬施園果等者，謂施主施園果，所出財利，供僧四事；主者分食，此迴常住常住，為現前現前；而有盜心，故犯重罪也。次擬作僧房重物，即錢寶等；迴作僧食者，此迴常住常住，為十方常住；而不云盜心，或是僧食有闕，但不和僧輒用，故犯蘭也。若住下，次明開互。為護住處，和僧故開。初迴園果作食；乃下，開貿現房作食；若下，明貿房治房；治賊下，明暫移糧食。互佛物中。結吉者，迴互彼此，違施心故。第下，指廣；卷軸既繁，不可撮錄，須者看之。

Regarding Saṃgha property: the first section has two parts. The first clarifies interchanging Saṃgha property, and from "Wishing to offer..." downward, the second clarifies interchanging Buddha property. The first part also has two divisions: the former clarifies mutual diversion. "Intending to donate an orchard..." means that a donor donates an orchard, the proceeds and profits from which are to supply the Saṃgha with the four requisites; if the administrator distributes them for eating, this diverts permanent-permanent property to present-present property, and because there is an intention to steal, he commits a grave offense. Next, intending to make heavy property for Saṃgha dwellings, namely money and valuables, etc., and diverting them to make Saṃgha food: this diverts permanent-permanent property to ten-directions permanent property; and it does not mention an intention to steal, perhaps because Saṃgha food was lacking, yet using it arbitrarily without harmonizing with the Saṃgha, he commits a sthūlātyaya. From "If dwelling..." downward, the second clarifies exceptions for interchange. For the sake of protecting the dwelling place, it is permitted because the Saṃgha is harmonized. First, diverting orchards to make food; from "or even..." downward, permitting trading existing rooms to make food; from "if..." downward, clarifying trading rooms to repair rooms; from "handling thieves..." downward, clarifying temporarily moving grain provisions. Regarding interchanging Buddha property: concluding with a duṣkṛta is because diverting mutually between one and another violates the donor's intention. From "The ... fascicle..." downward, it refers to the extensive text; since the scrolls are numerous, they cannot be summarized here, so those in need should consult them.
