Regarding the two present properties: "Offenses are as above" means they follow the analogy of the two kinds of permanent property. Present-present property is like the first permanent property; ten-directions present property is like the second permanent property; either the two kinds are interchanged, or each is discussed on its own; interchange is also permitted if the Saṃgha is harmonized, and incurs an offense if not; being largely the same as above, it is only briefly indicated. From "Concerning..." downward, it separately shows a deceased person's property. This is ten-directions present property interchanging within itself. Assigning heavy to light is a pārājika; assigning light to heavy is a sthūlātyaya; each also entails an illegal duṣkṛta, hence it says "dual establishment." (Some say it is unlearned ignorance, which is wrong.)
