六中，初引文。契，即約也。準下義決，又二；初準俗法，約中前後。又下，準上律文，量功勤墮。

In the sixth, first it cites the text. 'Agreement' (qi) means a contract. 'Based on,' and so forth, is a doctrinal determination, which again has two parts: first, based on secular law, considering the order of earlier and later in an agreement; 'furthermore,' and so forth, based on the above Vinaya text, weighing diligence versus negligence in labor.
