盜相中，標。云：義張者，諸律非無盜奪之文，而無現不現前結犯之相；故以義分，意令易解。

In the marks of theft, the heading states: 'doctrinally mapped out.' The various Vinayas are not without texts on theft and robbery, but lack the marks for concluding an offense based on whether [the owner] is present or not present; therefore, it is differentiated doctrinally, with the intention of making it easy to understand.
