義門中，初句。錢貴賤者，謂物有重輕，時有豐約。故貴者一當多用，賤者多當少用，如文可解。

In the "Theoretical Section," the first phrase: "Money being precious or cheap" means that goods vary in heaviness and lightness [of value], and times have abundance and scarcity. Thus, when it is precious, one unit corresponds to much utility; when it is cheap, many units correspond to little utility. It is understandable according to the text.
