釋相中，初科。準《戒疏》意，不獨此篇，餘篇皆爾，舉之可知。喜字去呼，猶好也，又數也。

In explaining the marks, the first subsection [is as follows]. Based on the purport of the Precept Commentary, not only is this class of offenses thus, but the other classes are also all like this; mentioning it allows one to understand [the rest]. The character 'xi' (喜, fond of / repeatedly) is pronounced in the departing tone; it is like 'fond of', and also means 'frequently'.
