男子中。準律男子下有身字，文脫。觸衣鉢等，事通男女；雖非觸樂，妄適淫情，故同一制。上明觸他。乃至下，明自觸。如自按摩而覺細滑是也。

Under 'men': based on the Vinaya, below 'men' there should be the character 'body' (身), which is an omission in the text. Touching robes, bowls, and the like applies to both men and women; although it is not the pleasure of touch, it falsely gratifies lustful feelings, and so is subject to the same prohibition. The above clarifies touching another. From 'and so forth' downward, it clarifies touching oneself, such as massaging oneself and feeling subtle smoothness.
