不犯中二，前開本犯，後開因制。初中，先示本律，文相通濫。下引《十誦》，明分兩斷。在文可委。券書即今俗謂離書是也。

In "Non-offenses," there are two: first, exceptions to the root offense; second, exceptions to the incidental prohibitions. In the first, it first shows the root Vinaya, whose textual marks are broad and overlapping. Below, the *Daśādhyāya-vinaya* is cited, clearly dividing them into two determinations. It can be known in detail from the text. The "deed of separation" (*quanshu*) is what is now popularly called a divorce letter (*lishu*).
