不犯中。八相三類。前二種翻犯明不犯（《注戒》更有如量，僧處分，如法絣地，共上成五。）；佛圖等四，非專己故；草庵等二，非過量故。

Under "Non-offenses": there are eight marks across three categories. The first two flip the offenses to clarify non-offenses (the Commentary on the Prātimokṣa also has: conforming to the measure, assigned by the saṃgha, and marking the ground according to the Dharma, which together with the above make five); the four including a stūpa are because they are not exclusively for oneself; the two including grass huts are because they do not exceed the measure.
