他部中，初科；前列諸境，以遮疑濫。設下，明第三人，皆無辨識。縱多非證。

In [the texts of] other schools, the first section: The earlier listing of objects is to prevent suspicion and confusion. From 'even if' downwards clarifies that a third person lacks the capacity for discernment. Even if there are many, they do not constitute witnesses.
