井界中，初井邊宿。則依肘量。下明井字。但依井護，不取外量。手繩者，或手或繩，皆得會也。與上別者，出所以也。以下，指例。可解。

Regarding the well boundary: first, spending the night by a well relies on the cubit measurement. Below, it clarifies the word "well." It protects solely based on the well, without taking outer measurements. "Hand or rope": whether hand or rope, both are applicable. "Different from the above" brings out the reason. "With..." below points to an analogy, which is self-explanatory.
