染礙中。進退即犯不犯。準上情隔三斷，故云比二；界礙可知，故不在言。文下，斥古。不通諸部者，緣出《多論》等，如前所引。

Under "Defiled Obstruction": advancing and retreating means offense and non-offense. In accordance with the above three severances of subjective and spatial obstructions, it therefore says "compared to these two"; boundary obstructions are understandable, so they are not mentioned. Below the text, it refutes the ancients. Those that do not communicate across the various schools are causes deriving from the Sarvāstivāda Vinaya Vibhāṣā and so forth, as quoted above.
