會名中。總決前後四戒，《十誦》並號敷具。昔人疑者，彼謂臥具是被褥故。《僧祇》，彼因諸比丘作氈三衣坐具招幾因制。文舉伽梨，略餘二衣，故云乃至。此證二毛非被褥明矣。

Under reconciling names: Resolving the preceding and succeeding four precepts as a whole, the *Daśādhyāya-vinaya* refers to all of them as "spreading-cloths". Those among the ancients who had doubts considered bedding to be quilts and mattresses. In the *Mahāsāṃghika-vinaya*, because various bhikṣus made felt three robes and sitting mats, they invited criticism, which was the cause of the prohibition. The text raises the saṅghāṭī, omitting the other two robes; hence it says "and even". This proves clearly that the two types of wool are not quilts and mattresses.
