不犯十二相。二三注顯，皆謂本作是心，故作成不犯。儭鉢內者，障塵垢故。攝熱巾者，為儭手故。

Non-offenses have twelve marks. The second and third are explained in the interlinear commentary; all mean that originally making this intention, completion does not incur an offense. Lining inside the bowl is to block dust and dirt. The cloth for taking heat is to line the hand.
