次科，《僧祇》，初示體量。取下，簡人從乞。文列八人。少聞犯戒，惡名，斷見，此三無行；無聞，不咨問，不別魔，此三無解；不治房，遠二師，即怠墮人。取反上者，非此八人也。不下，示裁揲之相。

In the next section, the *Mahāsāṃghika-vinaya*: First, the substance and measure are shown. From "Take" below, selecting persons from whom to beg. The text lists eight persons: little learning and violating precepts, evil reputation, nihilistic views—these three lack practice; no learning, not consulting, not discerning Māra—these three lack understanding; not taking care of the room, keeping distant from the two teachers—these are indolent persons. Taking the opposite of the above means not these eight persons. From "Not" below, the marks of cutting and patching are shown.
