Under pointing out the conditions of the prohibition: Five conditions are the same as before, only altering the third to "it is one's own sheep's wool", and fourth, "having them wash, dye, and tease it oneself." (Same as the previous three precepts commanding prohibition.) From "Also" below, the intent of prohibition is shown again. Previously it was only generally stated that the karma is heavy; here the treatise is cited to show it specifically, so one should know that the texts before and after are mutually applicable. The treatise's text has two meanings: the first intent lies in the nun, and the latter applies to both assemblies. Pointing to "as in the Commentary": it says there: "In the washing garments precept, it prohibits old ones, so new ones are a minor offense; since this involves strenuous labor, new and old both incur an offense."
