三中，初明結罪。即犯販也。若下，明開自食興福。因出所餘，非本意故。衣鉢義同，故注示之。

In the third [part], first it clarifies the determination of the offense, which is violating commercial trading. From 'If' down, it explains the allowance for one's own food and generating merit: because it arises from disposing of what is left over, not one's original intention. Robes and bowls have the same meaning, hence it is noted and shown.
