犯緣中。犯相既異，故須各列。過用中，第二時中者，準此；若犯過前求，則不犯過前用。（《多論》止犯吉羅。）三中或但受畜，或同眾受，如下注顯。

Regarding the conditions of offense: because the characteristics of the offenses are distinct, they must be listed separately. In [the condition of] exceeding the period for use, 'in the second period' is based on this; if one commits the offense of seeking [the robe] prior to [the proper time], one does not commit the offense of using it prior to [the proper time]. (The Sarvāstivāda Vinaya Vibhāṣā holds that this constitutes only a duṣkṛta.) In the third [condition], one either receives and keeps it individually, or receives it together with the Saṃgha, as made evident in the commentary below.
