緣中。第二，律云八月半後。五無緣者，即奪失等想；水陸命梵等礙，會衣不及，大同前戒。

In the conditions: the second, the Vinaya says, is after the middle of the eighth month. In the fifth, 'no extenuating circumstances', these are thoughts of robbery, loss, and so forth; obstacles such as water, land, life, or celibacy, where bringing the robes together is impossible in time, are largely the same as in the previous precept.
