次迷忘中，初引《僧祇》，通捨再說。下引律論，隨憶重開。不同《祇律》，故注簡之。論即《多論》。

Next, regarding delusion and forgetfulness: it first cites the Mahāsāṃghika-vinaya, where all are relinquished and re-declared. Below, it cites the Vinaya and the treatise: one re-makes the exception as one remembers. Since it differs from the Mahāsāṃghika-vinaya, the commentary distinguishes it. The treatise is the Sarvāstivāda Vinaya Vibhāṣā.
