二中。學悔可解。被擯即擯出，非滅擯也。守戒即清淨。此三同處，隨有死者，存者取之。

In the second: "undertaking penance" can be understood. "Being banished" refers to being expelled, not expulsion by permanent expulsion. "Guarding precepts" refers to purity. When these three are in the same place, whenever one of them dies, the survivors take [the property].
