第七初引文。謂下，次釋。恐謂一向入和尚故。注中，上文引證。既同比丘，故知入僧。莫下，義決。

In the seventh, it first cites the text. "Meaning below" next explains it, fearing that people might think it entirely enters the preceptor's possession. In the commentary, the text above is cited as proof: since he is identical to a bhikṣu, we know it enters the Saṃgha. "Do not below" resolves it according to principle.
