引文中，初句通標。四下，別引四節，可解。《十誦》六物不應者，佛制賞看病故。《五分》令作法者，恐僧不知故。

In citing texts, the first line is a general heading. 'Four...' separately cites four passages, which can be understood. In the Daśādhyāya-vinaya, the reason the six items should not [be distributed] is because the Buddha instituted rewarding those who attend to the sick. In the Mahīśāsaka-vinaya, the reason it instructs performing the ritual is for fear the saṃgha might not know.
