廣分中，初科，上二句示引用。然下，明科判。注中，取例。《十誦》器物，不從體判，但隨事用以分重輕。今此諸門，準彼為例；亦隨事判，故云附事廣明也。

In the detailed division, the first section: the upper two lines show the citations. 'However...' explains the section divisions. In the notes, drawing examples: the utensils of the Daśādhyāya-vinaya are not determined by essence, but only divide heavy and light according to use. Now these various divisions follow that as an example; they are also determined according to the matter, hence it says 'explained in detail by attaching to the matter'.
