他部中，初引彼律。染色在前。正判赭土，是屬房物。下準文判。義亦歸重，故云同之。

Under 'Other schools', first, that Vinaya is cited. Dyeing colors are mentioned first. The direct ruling on red ochre earth is that it is an item belonging to the rooms. Below, it is judged following the text; its meaning also reverts to heavy, hence it says 'the same as this.'
