結斷中，初指諸教。純色謂五方正間。必下，示成否。〈隨相〉即九十新衣戒。

In the conclusive determination, it first points to the various teachings. "Pure colors" refers to the five cardinal primary and secondary colors. Next, beginning from "surely", it shows whether [the robe] is validly constituted or not. "Concomitant marks" refers to the precept on the ninety new robes.
