相和中，不等有三，前明七日，初立義。由下，釋所以。如下，舉事。次若以下，明終身，即盡形異名。初立義。如下，示相。酥是七日，乳是時藥。浸豆麥者，即用豆麥浸去其毒。後若以下，明時藥。可解。

Under 'Mutual Admixture,' unequal [medicines] are of three types. The preceding explains seven-day [medicines], first establishing the principle. 'Due to...' below explains the reason. 'As...' below cites the matter. Next, 'If below...' explains lifetime [medicines], which is an alternative name for life-exhausting medicines. First it establishes the principle. 'As...' below shows the characteristics. Ghee is a seven-day [medicine], and milk is a timely medicine. 'Soaking beans and wheat' means using beans and wheat to soak away their toxins. Later, 'If below...' clarifies timely medicines. This is understandable.
