料簡中，初科，上明前二淨同處無過。若下，明後二淨攝處分齊。檢校如知事料理也。翻食器者，有食亦須翻之。

In "Analysis," the first heading. Above, it explained that the first two pure [grounds] being in the same place entails no fault. From "If" onward, it clarifies the delimitations of the places encompassed by the latter two pure [grounds]. "Supervising" is like the administrator putting things in order. "Turning over food vessels": if there is food, one must also turn them over.
